Italian Brigadiere Generale Massimo Mingiardi is charge of the traing mission which has been training nearly 4000 Somali troops to fight agaist terrosist group Al-Shabab. Responible for terrorist attacks all over Somalia and Kenya. Al-Shabab seeks to destabilize the Transitional Government and international humanitarian aid.
