04 November 2015 - Kabul, Afghanistan. An MSF clininc in the capital. The MSF trauma centre in Kunduz has been been bombed by accident by US Air Forces one month ago, killing at least 11 people between patients and staff. The country is facing a pivotal period in its history as International armies such as US and Italy decided not to leave the country but to prolong the ongoing war against Talibans in support of the Afghan official Government.
